Aviation pioneer

 Manosijj Roy grew up knowing Entrepreneurship was his calling, despite the fact that he did not hail from a business family, but it was a dream, which he nurtured from the very childhood , while walking and running through the lush green North east roads, at schools , in rainy evening or sunny winter days. 

Manosijj Roy was born on the 15th of February 1972 in the beautiful state of Assam the North Easten part of India in the city of Tezpur to Dr B.S.Roy & Mrs Ruby Roy, both prominent Educationists, social worker and Philanthropists. His early education was in the spiritual abode of Prashanthi Nilayam and his higher education in Guwahati and Delhi.

 After completing his education he ventured into agro based business and was deeply into Teak and Rubber plantations, shear with studies in that tender age with clear understanding of the pros and cons of such business where nature plays a big role in growth, maturity and valuation of these stocks and it is prudent to state that he still owns various plantations in the north eastern states of Mizoram and Tripura, which are in great and good health to yield going forward.

Gradually he moved into exports and moved out from the north Eastern region and established his footprints pan India at a very young age.

He then gradually established a consulting firm which was primarily into Infrastructure projects and Infrastructure projects funding in association with SEAB ( South East Asia bank) and worked for various projects specially in northeast and pan India.
